What is a fanlisting?
Fanlistings are the original concept of Janine Mischor. What once began as a simple way to see where BTVS fans came from expanded, and now there are hundreds of listings. About this fanlisting:
This fanlisting honors the episode Legacy, (Xena: WP 6:05). Legacy is a very human episode: there's no need to wipe out the entire Roman influence in the North African region for Xena, she fights the battles she has to. This puts the two heroines in the world on a whole other level. A level closer to earth than the invincible touch. The episode combines various aspects of the African history time table; from altering the Vandal handling of the Romans to using Dihiya, aka (El) Kahina (who originally fought the Arab army) as a vital character. Despite all action and complications with the tribes, presumably Numidian(?), and the Romans, etc. it all comes down to humanity and individuality, what's idealism and reality, and what's greater than the greater good. The result is close to heart and well written. The subtle Xena feeling is present all the time and the warm humor is back. And the costumes are gorgeous, of course!
